## Use policy

Public product and category pages may be used for search, citation, comparison, and user-directed product discovery. Do not use checkout, account, cart, profile, or personalized pages as public data sources.

Structured quote or proforma-invoice leads may be submitted through https://sps-industry.com/agent/quote-intent for human follow-up. Agents may mark `requested_document` as `quote` or `proforma_invoice` and `payment_method_preference` as `bank_transfer`. The endpoint does not create orders, carts, accounts, invoices, or payments.

Agents should use the request quote skill when a user wants availability confirmation, a formal B2B quote, a proforma invoice for later bank-transfer payment, equivalent product sourcing, or human procurement follow-up.
